GROUP OF UNIVERSITIES / INSTITUTES / FACULTIES

1. The group coordinates the organisation of annual international scientific congresses under the titles “International Scientific Congress SMART SOCIETY”.
2. Universities – members of the group are the organizers of annual international scientific congresses under the titles “International Scientific Congress SMART SOCIETY”.
3. Every University – members of the group appoints one coordinator for each respective panel of the congress.
4. Thematic areas of the congress panels are, as follows:

• Global aspects of world economy and international relations in conditions of economic instability
• Strategies of intercultural communication in the linguistic education of modern university
• Ecology and health issues

5. Universities – members of the group can add extra topics of panels according to the necessities, for example: IT, Law, Medicine, etc.
6. Universities – members of the group have to pay the annual membership fee in NUIFE and receive annual “Certificate of NUIFE Membership”.
7. Logos of Universities – members of the group will be presented on Congress Participation Certificates as well as on all the promotional materials related to the Congress.
8. Universities – members of the group organize for the members of these universities 4 videoconferences (online) per year on different topics and issue conference participation certificates.
9. Universities – members of the group appoint the Group Council in the composition of:

• Chairman
• Vice-chairman
• Secretary

10. Meetings of the Universities – members of the group take place once a year during the “International Scientific Congress SMART SOCIETY”.
11. Congress materials are issues in the form of scientific articles in PNAP or scientific monographs issued by Publishing House “Educator”.
12. Universities – members of the group will have the opportunity to get the support in terms of the enrollment of new students from different continents.
13. Universities – members of the group organize every year 2 contests and issue according certificates and awards :

• “The University of Leaders”
• “The University of Top Quality Studies”

14. Universities – members of the group organize joint educational projects.
15. Universities – members of the group appoint the Inter-university Team on Distant Learning.
16. Universities – members of the group prepare the base of course syllabi for the NUIFE platform.
